Director
From Italy
Valeria first came to IH Dublin as a student in 2013, then completed an internship and progressed through roles in sales and operations. Over the years she has taken on responsibilities across student services, front‑of‑house, sales, marketing and general management. As Director of IH Dublin, she oversees operations, departments and strategic direction, ensuring everything runs smoothly for staff and students.

Sales and Marketing Manager
From Brazil
Beatriz is post‑graduated in Digital Marketing and works as Customer Success Manager at IH Dublin, responsible for marketing strategy and sales for partners, with a focus on adult, young adult and teacher training programmes. She works closely with international partners to grow enrolments, develop campaigns and strengthen long‑term relationships. Beatriz also manages the Admissions team, ensuring enquiries and bookings are handled efficiently.

Sales Executive

Nicoly is the Sales Executive at IH Dublin, looking after our junior programmes and supporting partners from all over the world. She has a Bachelor in International Business and brings 9 years of experience in the education industry. Having worked in both agencies and schools, she helps partners and students find the best options and focuses on making the whole process smooth and enjoyable, so students have a great experience and partners feel fully supported.

Alejandro is an Industrial Engineer with more than fifteen years of experience, having worked in Germany, Ireland and Chile. He originally came to Ireland to study English and now supports students at IH Dublin in achieving their goals. He is responsible for Admissions and Sales Support, guiding direct students through the booking and enrolment process and helping them at each stage of their journey.

Amanda is Operations Manager at IH Dublin, overseeing day‑to‑day school operations with a strong focus on accommodation and student services. She works closely with host families, residence providers and internal teams to ensure students have a safe, comfortable and well‑organised experience from arrival to departure.

Yuxin graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a degree in Psychology of Education and joined IH Dublin in June. She helps international students choose the right high school and host family, and supports them throughout their stay so they feel happy, safe and enriched by their experience in Ireland.

Ciara graduated from DCU in International Communications and holds a CELTA. She previously worked as a freelance copywriter and spent the last few years living in Portugal before returning to Dublin. Missing the international community, she joined IH Dublin, where she now looks after host families and student accommodation, ensuring everything runs smoothly for learners during their stay.

Carmel Hickey

As Head of Education at IH Dublin, Carmel works closely with the General English, Exams and Teacher Training teams. With an MA in Anglo‑Irish Literature and Drama, a Higher Diploma in Education and a DELTA, she brings many years of experience as a secondary school teacher and ELT professional to her role, where education and culture are always at the centre. She loves being part of an international team that is passionate about helping learners succeed and values the opportunity to meet and be inspired by students from all over the world.

Murra is from Dublin and studied at Trinity College Dublin. With over 20 years of experience in the language education sector, she manages exam bookings and administration for IH Dublin students. From induction at the start of their course to guiding them through the exam process, he supports learners at every step.
